Inaugural Grammy Awards Webcast
This February's 50th Grammy Awards celebrated a prestigious history of rewarding excellence in music recording. But it also marked a first with the recording Academy's first ever live webcast of the Pre-Telecast Awards Ceremony where over 90 of this years Grammy Awards were presented. Springboard Productions was chosen to produce this inaugural Awards webcast, available at grammy.com. Among the winners present to accept their Grammys were Carrie Underwood, Alicia Keys, and Herbie Hancock. The webcast included performances by Cyndi Lauper, and Patti Austin.
